Getting Started:

As a new vRad client, you’ll work with our Implementation Team to set up the technical requirements of working with vRad, whether that’s setting up an HL7 connection or familiarizing your team with our proprietary vRad client dashboard, which we refer to as our Order Management System (OMS).

Simultaneously, our Physician Services team will work with you on our Radiologist Credentialing and Licensing process to get your team of vRad physicians set up with credentials for any facilities for which we’ll be providing coverage. Many clients opt to use our Credentialing Agreement or expedited credentialing process — this process allows your facilities to rely on our stringent in-house credentialing process and the privileges we grant, avoiding duplicate efforts on your end. You’ll also be introduced to our Physician Credentialing Portal, where you can easily access documentation on your team of vRad radiologists.

Go Live:

vRad’s 24/7 U.S. Based Client and Tech Support team members consistently receive top marks in  our annual client survey. Our Operations Center (OC) is the heart of our practice. Using vRad’s patented workflow technology, the OC monitors every incoming order from across the country and around the world, from the moment we receive the order, until our radiologists have completed the report and it has been successfully distributed to the ordering physician or client facility. Our process requires that every step is recorded, time stamped and supervised to ensure expeditious service.

vRad’s support continues well beyond the implementation.

Dedicated Account Team to Provide Ongoing Support

As a vRad client, you have a dedicated Account Management team, which includes an Area Director and an Account Manager, to provide you with ongoing support.  Your Area Director will serve as your primary contact for contractual and in person communication while your Account Manager is available to assist with your day-to -day support needs from our corporate headquarters.
