WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER.

Summary:

The Client Implementation Project Manager (CIPM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the new site go- live process.   The CIPM has direct contact with the client and all internal departments through the go-live process.  The CIPM engages all vRad departments responsible for client on boarding to ensure sites go live on schedule and meet new business revenue goals.  The CIPM is required to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting monthly new business revenue goals
  • Manage activities of the go-live process with the project team including: credentialing, IT, licensing, enrollment, contract negotiations and capacity
  • Responsible for the go-live process for both new clients and add-on sites
  • Manage client engagement during the go-live process, including site kick off calls with credentialing and IT
  • Establish a firm client go- live date identifying key milestones and reviews with feedback and buy-in from: credentialing, IT, sales, client services, enrollment and the client
  • Monitor the progress according to the project plan to identify possible delays and determine solutions to keep processes on track
  • Work with team members to ensure deadlines and reach goals
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients during the go-live period
  • Escalate project performance issues to senior management as required to achieve project plans; provide regular updates to management
  • Transition new live clients/sites to the Client Service Manager and hand off to Operations after effective date of the site
  • Other responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years project management experience or equivalent overall related experience
  • At least 2 or more years of direct customer support experience
  • Some experience in cross-functional projects managing activities crossing multiple functional departments
  • Good understanding of level project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, develop work plans, perform resource allocation and lead team meetings
  • Understanding of the technologies and disciplines of vRad services
  • Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
  • At least 1-2 or more years’ experience with the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar project management credentials a plus
  • Understanding of Confluence and SharePoint a plus

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Representative.


The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

This is full-time, overnight position with rotating weekend shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

The Teleradiology Operations  Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the production control team within the Operations Center (OC). The Teleradiology Operations Supervisor responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to ensure goals are achieved. The Teleradiology Operations Supervisor also assumes the responsibility of OC Supervisor in the absence of an Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) or an Operations Center Manager (OCM).

  • Supervise and train the production control specialist team to ensure best practices and assist in the strategic planning for future business
  • Ensure full training of team including creating and maintaining manuals, tools and resources
  • Assume the OC supervisory role in the absence of an OSS of OCM

  • Evaluate and develop Production Control team programs and policies
