WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER.

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships and business opportunities with existing customers as well as driving sales with new customers through prospecting and lead generation.  The Account Manager is also responsible for all interfaces with existing customers, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, daily operations and billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Perform monthly calls and business reviews with assigned clients as outlined by Telerad Sales established processes, and track progress appropriately in Salesforce.com
  • Review trend data for clients (volume, quality, etc.) on a weekly basis and form an action plan for client satisfaction and business development on a proactive basis.
  • Perform risk management and take necessary actions to mitigate risks to the satisfaction of both the client and vRad
  • Upsell vRad services to existing client base
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers
  • Uncover client prospect needs and issues
  • Create and generate leads for all of vRad services and products
  • Be familiar with all aspects of customer support for vRad to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide status updates, meeting minutes, issues logs and other appropriate communication to the client and/or project team to ensure that everyone involved is sufficiently informed of significant project developments in a timely manner
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST.

The Medical Administrative Specialist is responsible for all direct communication with the Medical Staff Offices (MSO) and Credentials Verification Organizations (CVO) that we work with to obtain privileges for our vRad physicians. Ownership of the overall process of Physician credentialing appointment and reappointment to the medical staff of vRad clients

Qualifications/Education:

  • 2-3 years customer facing experience
  • Credentialing or Medical Staff Office experience preferred
  • Experience handling sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience setting and managing client expectations
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage workflow and credentialing process for existing clients specific to their unique needs to obtain privileges per their bylaws and compliance requirements
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships between vRad and credentialing contacts at hospitals while managing client needs
  • Evaluate facility processes, determine opportunities for efficiencies and develop action plans
  • Proactive adjustments of rosters based on facility needs and radiologists schedule adjustments, capacity, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of privileging processes and procedures
  • Sell, promote and advocate vRad’s credentialing services (Credentialing Agreements, vRad Portal, Electronic Signatures, etc.)
  • Maintain continuous communication with credentialing contacts, internal Physician Services team members, account services. radiologists and other internal clients
  • Determine targets and meet deadlines for privileges granted
  • Obtain emergent privileges when necessary following proper guidelines and processes
  • Manage electronic credentialing database notes, dates and proper documentation

The Credentialing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Credentialing Specialists.  Organizes, coordinates and ensures up-to-date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Populate vRad systems (Echo) with new rad information off of original CV for onboarding physicians to initiate automated processes
  • Communicate with radiologists to fulfill their requests for health form status compliance
  • Assist the Credentialing Specialist with obtaining primary source verifications (PSV)
  • Prepare and present radiologist’s reappointment files to Credentialing Committee and Board in compliance with physician services reappointment processes
  • Execute reports as necessary out of the system
  • Administrative duties as requested by team members and leadership

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing experience a plus

The Sr. Security Analyst is responsible for assessing information risk, facilitating remediation of identified vulnerabilities, and monitoring the security posture of the organization.

Assesses and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities within network, systems and applications. Reports on findings and provides recommendation for remediation.  Performs vulnerability assessments utilizing IT security tools and methodologies.  Performs assessments of the IT security/risk posture of the organization and coordinates with implementation teams to communicate findings with potential clients.  Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of risk scenarios. Facilitates and monitors performance of risk remediation tasks, changes related to risk mitigation & reports on findings. Provides project status reports, including outstanding issues. The Sr. Security Analyst assists in all IT audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent testing and auditing of security control effectiveness including policy compliance, intrusion detection, and selective spot sample testing of information security controls.
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy security systems, components, and configurations in collaboration with other Team Members.
  • Provide operational and performance management of security components of vRad Technology Platform.
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts.
  • Analyze vRad’s information security needs for current and emerging business activities
  • Design, Develop, Deploy, and Utilize monitoring and alerting tools for performance management and issue identification of security components
  • Maintain industry and market awareness of security and network trends, product advancements, and standards.
  • Maintain technical understanding of Information Security standards as it relates to HIPAA and SOX.
  • Provide 24/7 Service Restoration support in the event of vRad Technology Platform outages or major issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures as they pertain to the infrastructure for VRC.
  • Collaboration with other vRad departments and Team Members in reporting and resolving security, hardware, software and operational issues.
  • Maintain working knowledge of vRad’s business model and functionality of core Technology Platform components including vRad RIS, vRad PACS, and vRad Enterprise Connect.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5+ years of security (or equivalent) experience
  • Perform at a high level of expertise in a Security Engineer role for at least 12 months
  • CISSP preferred.
  • Commitment to continued education as it relates to security and healthcare.
  • Experience w/ implementing and supporting enterprise security solutions such as:
    • Endpoint protection
    • Anti-virus/malware
    • IDS/IPS
    • Firewall
    • Vulnerability scanning
    • Integrity monitoring
    • SEIM
    • Enterprise asset management
  • Technical expertise in network security knowledge, to include firewall, network monitoring, intrusion detection, web server security, and wireless security.
  • Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques
  • Forensics and investigation experience
  • Experience with internet technologies such as DNS, Email, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)

The Team Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the production control team within the Operations Center (OC). The Supervisor responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to ensure goals are achieved. The Supervisor also assumes the responsibility of OC Supervisor in the absence of an Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) or an Operations Center Manager (OCM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the production control specialist team to ensure best practices and assist in the strategic planning for future business
  • Ensure full training of team including creating and maintaining manuals, tools and resources
  • Assume the OC supervisory role in the absence of an OSS of OCM
  • Assignment of work to team, mentoring of team members and monitoring of progress
  • Evaluate and develop Production Control team programs and policies
  • Communicate to OC management on issues, trends, resolutions, status, ideas, etc.

We are currently looking for a Reimbursement Specialist–Payer Enrollment.


Virtual Radiologic (vRad) is a Joint Commission accredited teleradiology practice with 450+ radiologists and serves 2,000+ facilities across the country. We are seeking to fill the position of a full time Reimbursement Specialist – Payer Enrollment. This Specialist will be responsible for merging, completing and following up on provider applications with third-party payers.  Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to product a high output of applications, is essential to this role.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience

Duties:

  • Complete a variety of third-party payer applications for vRad providers, including government and commercial
  • Understand and apply state regulations/entity information to applications, which includes non-application related requests and projects
  • Maintain current status notes and ensure timely follow up on initial enrollment and re-credentialing for providers/clients
  • Communicate enrollment updates
  • Research and work through payer enrollment issues

The Software Engineer Intern will aid in the design, development, testing and supporting of software applications both web and windows based and designing and developing relational databases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop software within a team environment supporting a rapidly growing information technology intensive business
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs and translate into software systems specifications

Qualifications/Education:

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Representative.


The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

This is full-time, overnight position with rotating weekend shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus
  • Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
  • High level of attention to detail necessary

This coordinator will be responsible for the administrative duties associated with credentialing, licensing and privileging our radiologists. Experience:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing or medical licensing experience a plus

Duties:

  • Facilitate the timely review and approval of physician’s documentation for credentialing, re-credentialing, licensing or privileging
  • Assist with Credentialing or Licensing needs to complete the physician’s full profile including communication with State Medical Boards, Primary Source Verifications (PSV), or application assistance
  • Credentialing or licensing work in a fully electronic and fast paced environment
