WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP MANAGER.

The Physician Relationship Manager (internal title: Manager of Medical Services) oversees the daily operations of the Liaisons which ensures knowledgeable and timely issue identification, resolution and/or escalation to resolve issues that arise.  The Manager supports the Medical Services Leadership team, and Medical Directors’ on research, reporting and various deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and direct the liaison team
  • Develop and monitor liaison processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistent service levels are being achieved
  • Drive initiatives that support building long term relationships with radiologists
  • Manage a strategic communication plan, with an effort to continuously build deeper relationships with our radiologists and provide best in class service levels
  • Oversee radiologists contractual changes including, but not limited to, scheduling, leaves, and individual addendum items
  • Responsible for communicating technology updates, procedure changes, and coordinating roll-out activities to liaison team
  • Research, evaluate and implement creative solutions that differentiate vRad as a practice of choice and foster the practice’s long term retention efforts
  • Oversee all monthly reporting and adhoc report requests
  • Effectively allocate resources and time across groups or departments
  • Partner with internal teams to address and solve for practice wide issues
  • Stay informed of trends in the practice and industry to help guide the work of the liaisons
  • Complete additional analysis and projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, psychology or related field
  • 3 years leading a team
  • 5 years of experience in relationship building, high-level verbal and written communication with the ability to persuade, problem solve and negotiate
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to facilitate as necessary
  • Experience with contract negotiation desired
  • Strong computer software skills (MS Excel, Word and web-based applications)
  • Capable of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and have the ability to multitask on a regular basis
  • Must possess the ability to manage conflict and maintain objectivity

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE.

Full-time Schedule (overnights): 9:00pm-7:00am with rotating weekend shifts.

Part-time schedule: 4:00-9:00pm or 5:00-10:00pm

These positions are based out of out of our Eden Prairie, MN office. 

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE EVENT COORDINATOR.

The Corporate Event Coordinator (internal title: Physician Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of onsite and remote events for the Medical Services Team and radiologists. This includes all logistics, pre-planning activities, event execution, and post event wrap up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and logistics for networking dinners, regional practice dinners, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events including all amenities, accommodations, and site selections as necessary
  • Work with internal teams to assess and interpret the needs and requirements for events
  • Partner with marketing department to produce marketing collateral, communications, and invitations needed
  • Manage all vendor relationships for events
  • Manage post event activities including summaries to leadership, thank you letters, surveys, follow up items, etc.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing and processing invoices, preparing overnight shipments, ordering supplies, coordinating shipments to events, and creating collateral
  • Manage internal events calendar for vRad team members and radiologists
  • Proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems through effective communication in an ongoing, timely manner
  • Provide clear and consistent messaging around event goals and provide ongoing status updates on events
  • Establish standardized event procedures to train team members on how to execute events they are attending
  • Partner with MS Leadership to support the growth of the vRad Education program (radiologist CME) including onsite CME conferences and online CME trainings
  • Support CME initiatives for conference sponsorships and speaking engagements
  • Partner with MEDNAX Radiology on future CME initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 3-5 years of experience organizing events
  • Experience coordinating a variety of onsite, offsite and virtual events in a fast paced environment including trade shows, conferences, and dinners.
  • Ability to lead and participate within cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions and results
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships and business opportunities with existing customers as well as driving sales with new customers through prospecting and lead generation.  The Account Manager is also responsible for all interfaces with existing customers, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, daily operations and billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Perform monthly calls and business reviews with assigned clients as outlined by Telerad Sales established processes, and track progress appropriately in Salesforce.com
  • Review trend data for clients (volume, quality, etc.) on a weekly basis and form an action plan for client satisfaction and business development on a proactive basis.
  • Perform risk management and take necessary actions to mitigate risks to the satisfaction of both the client and vRad
  • Upsell vRad services to existing client base
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers
  • Uncover client prospect needs and issues
  • Create and generate leads for all of vRad services and products
  • Be familiar with all aspects of customer support for vRad to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide status updates, meeting minutes, issues logs and other appropriate communication to the client and/or project team to ensure that everyone involved is sufficiently informed of significant project developments in a timely manner
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PHYSICIAN RECRUITER.

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring radiologists. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport quickly and find creative avenues for sourcing radiologists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Detailed review, consideration and response of all CVs submitted to vRad; require “best effort” for next business day response to all inquiries
  • Find, interview and hire radiologists meeting requirements specified by operations (specialty, location, licensing, start date)
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and work with vRad radiologists to decide next steps for candidate
  • Conduct executive interviews and explain the entire workflow process, compensation and determine appropriate fit of candidates
  • Stay current on industry trends regarding vacation time, compensation and other negotiated terms in contracts
  • Coordinate, setup and conduct residency outreaches within territory
  • Prepare and oversee arrangement of on-site visit
  • Follow up with physician candidates on a regular basis throughout the engagement process until offer is accepted and contract is negotiated; will participate in contract negotiations along with on-site corporate counsel
  • Coordinate, manage and advise on placement of ads, hiring process, offer packages, compensation and on-site visits to facilitate the hiring process of radiologists
  • Attend tradeshows as required (typically 1-4 a year)
  • May participate in training of new staff, presentations to other departments or other presentations as required

Qualifications/Education:

  • Four plus years of solid executive level recruitment or sales experience
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Strong project management analytical skills; must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record to negotiate, persuade and close a candidate quickly
  • Ability to effectively handle high level escalations and time critical issues; meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

The Medical Staff Coordinator (Internal Title: Credentialing Coordinator) provides administrative and database support for the Credentialing Specialists.  Organizes, coordinates and ensures up-to-date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

This position will be based in our Eden Prairie, MN office. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Populate vRad systems (Echo) with new radiologists’ information
  • Communicate with radiologists to fulfill their requests for compliance
  • Assist the Credentialing Specialist with obtaining primary source verifications (PSV)
  • Prepare and present radiologist’s reappointment files
  • Execute reports as necessary out of the system
  • Administrative duties as requested by team members and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible

The Network Technician is responsible for supporting vRad’s 24×7 production environment.  This includes providing top tier technical support to vRad’s clients, radiologists and internal team members.  This is a hands-on position requiring a broad technical knowledge to provide support for vRad’s proprietary software environment. *This is an overnight position working a 7/7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off)*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity for customers.
  • Provide application-level RIS and PACS support, including image workflow.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients through various channels of communication (phone, chat, e-mail).
  • Provide local and remote desktop and system support.
  • Detailed documentation of support efforts.
  • Work within a team and collaborate with others.
  • Particular work shifts require the ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Computer Support and/or Network Administration AAS degree or 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Familiarity with the network connectivity types: Cable, DSL
  • Experience with different protocols: TCP/IP, ICMP, UDP, SSL and TLS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ping, traceroute, telnet, ipconfig, netstat, netsh, and nslookup commands.
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN internetworking devices: functions of internetworking, linking devices (routers, switches and firewalls).
  • Must possess a basic understanding of NAT and subnetting.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows 10, Windows Servers 2012 and 2016.
  • Network+ or CCENT certification is preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Medical systems experience with PACS and RIS a plus.

The Office 365/Enterprise Collaboration Business Analyst will serve as the technical expert & liaison for SharePoint solutions.  They will work with end users to gather requirements, as well as software developers to implement coded solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate best practices and solutions from SharePoint “out of the box” functionality or “no code” solutions.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for Office 365 collaboration services implementations which includes but not limited to SharePoint and SharePoint Online.
  • Effectively serve as the onsite technical and functional liaison for SharePoint and Office 365 collaboration solutions.
  • Partner with various project managers, technical leaders and business leads to define projects
  • Organize tasks and estimate delivery times.
  • Help facilitate SharePoint and Office 365 adoption by end users.
  • Become a subject matter expert for SharePoint usability and improvements to the current application.
  • Contribute in improving our processes and policies within the SharePoint program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Works with the Enterprise Collaborations team.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Office 365 collaboration tools.
  • SharePoint specific required skills (through the web UI): customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration; and reporting functions.
  • Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration through the web UI.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in requirements analysis and development, change management, and solution implementation preferred.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrate business analyst experience.
  • Experience with training in small and large group scenarios.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently on defined tasks as needed.
