Summary:

The Data Scientist supports vRad’s Finance organization and other business functional areas by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to extract trends and business insights.  The incumbent will help leaders develop robust, sustainable, and well-organized processes to access and use data.  The incumbent will also independently, and as part of various teams, work to develop predictive models, dashboards, and other business reports and present them to various levels within the organization.  This position will require knowledge and use of database programming in either SQL or R to assist in gathering, analyzing, verifying, building and distributing data sets for use across the company.  This role will also include a focus around automating existing and new reports and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and integrate data from disparate sources including MS SQL server, Salesforce, Excel workbooks, and other sources and present for enterprise-level consumption
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy with a comprehensive understanding of the source(s) of truth
  • Create graphical, tabular, and written reports to communicate information to stakeholders across the organization at various levels
  • Assist with creation and deployment of long-term data management structure and data reporting tools
  • Help to automate current reporting tools and assist different departments with reporting needs in a sustainable fashion that adhere to department standards
  • Create statistical models using regression, multi-variate, or other modeling techniques to drive predictions
  • Thoroughly analyze data, quickly identify relevant information, and transform it into a meaningful output

Qualifications/Education:

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A OPERATIONS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR.

This position is temporarily remote and will eventually be hybrid based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office.

Summary:

The Overnight Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) contributes to the overall success of the Operations Center (OC) by overseeing the functional workflow of the Operations Support Representatives (OSR) ensuring timely execution of all functional OSR responsibilities.

The OSS ensures their assigned team meet and/or exceed department goals and objectives. They are accountable for the direct supervision of the work activities of others; this includes personnel issues-including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of direct reports.

The OSS will be physically mobile in the OC, coaching the representatives at their workstations or monitoring/coaching in a remote environment. The OSS is responsible for staying abreast of work load, issues and technical difficulties at all times and will perform first level trouble-shooting, answer questions by all OSRs and escalate issues to the appropriate resource. The OSS will act as a primary supervisor for OC Reps and will perform quality assurance of OSR work performed; The OSS will assume functional responsibility for the entire OC in the absence of an OC Manager; ensuring that we are efficiently meeting the needs of our clients and radiologists.

Applicants should be self-motivated and able to motivate others to work as a team. The OSS must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external stakeholders.  Ideal candidates possess the following skills:

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating radiology workflow processes that are critical to patient care on a 24/7 basis for hospitals, clinics and radiologists. To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to: (i) ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted; (ii) complete data order entry, on both a proactive and reactive basis; and (3) identify and/or troubleshoot non-technical issues.


The Operations Center and its staff play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when patient care requires additional information or radiologist-to-hospital conference calls. Properly supporting these activities requires processing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with professional, courteous, and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business and its critical role in facilitating emergent patient care, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management, regular and reliable attendance, and a sense of urgency are required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular, reliable, and timely attendance for scheduled shifts
  • Act as primary supervisor, overseeing the functional OSR responsibilities during core business hours
  • Mentor, coach and motivate OSRs to ensure timely and accurate performance of all functional responsibilities
  • Maintain ownership of the coaching and development process for OC team members
  • Ensure that all team members perform with a high customer service focus; delivering excellent customer satisfaction and high client retention
  • Foster, promote and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Assist and contribute information and criteria to be used in OSR performance evaluations
  • Generate accurate and professional daily/nightly operations reports
  • Ensure that complete and accurate communications occur with customers regarding any issues including those that require escalation for resolution
  • Assists Operations Center and technical support staff with problem resolution and escalation
  • Manage the telephone quality audit and monitoring process ensuring written and verbal performance feedback to all OSRs; monitor OSRs’ call techniques and proactively addresses performance issues on a continual basis
  • Provide recommendations and assist in maintaining the Operations Center Training Manual as well as all training for OC team members
  • Take ownership of monitoring the customer service experience for all new vRad clients during their first week of coverage (“honeymoon phase”)
  • Escalate issues to appropriate resource
  • Assume functional responsibility for the OC in the absence of the OC Manager and/or PCS Supervisor ensuring the needs of our clients and radiologists are met (This includes possible oncall shifts)

Qualifications/Education:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience required

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating radiology workflow processes that are critical to patient care on a 24/7 basis for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to: (i) ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted; (ii) complete data order entry, on both a proactive and reactive basis; and (3) identify and/or troubleshoot non-technical issues.

The PCS team’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) properly identifying and assigning studies to specialized Radiologists, prioritization of critical cases, management and reporting of TAT, and communicating with the Operations Center, Radiologists, and personnel at our client facilities in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Due to the nature of this business and its critical role in facilitating emergent patient care, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management, regular and reliable attendance, and a sense of urgency are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular, reliable, and timely attendance for scheduled shifts
  • Manage and analyze production pertaining to study volume distribution, TAT compliance, rad efficiencies and profitability
  • Adjust nightly workforce requirements based on forecast including the activation of radiologists as required
  • Establish and maintain communication regarding events that impact production volumes
  • Document and provide feedback regarding forecasting/planning based on actual data and trends
  • Create and distribute detailed reports focusing on all aspects of the production operation
  • Provide input to identify and resolve TAT level as well as areas of improvement including site coverage and rad privileges
  • Identify areas of improvement regarding Radiologists profitability
  • Manage all scheduling related communication of radiologists during shift
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate resource
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A LICENSING SPECIALIST.

This position is remote and can eventually be hybrid based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office.

Summary:

The Licensing Specialist is responsible for obtaining state medical licenses, including quality assurance and application accuracy. Familiarity and compliance with state rules, regulations and reporting requirements.  Also ensuring medical licenses are obtained within specified timeframes as outlined by Physician Services management to ensure a successful start date for the radiologist.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Completion and quality assurance on initial licensing applications
  • Communicate with Licensing Coordinator regarding checklist and verification assistance
  • Frequent follow up, communication and relationship building with outside entities and contacts
  • Set and meet target date goals, provide timely and accurate database notes, consistent follow up on deficiencies and ensuring compliance and completion
  • Maintain specific departmental workflow responsibilities as assigned (i.e. initial workflows, checklists, tasks, target dates, etc.)
  • Alternate Credential Committee member as needed
  • Mentor new team members and assist with training as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Education:

 

  • 2-3 years Medical Licensing or Credentialing experience preferred
  • Experience with Health Stream’s Echo Credentialing software preferred
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience reviewing and understanding legal documents
  • Experience handling sensitive info and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CREDENTIALING COORDINATOR.

This position is remote and can eventually be hybrid based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office.

Summary:

The Credentialing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Credentialing Specialists.  Organizes, coordinates and ensures up-to-date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Populate vRad systems (Echo) with new rad information off of original CV for onboarding physicians to initiate automated processes
  • Communicate with radiologists to fulfill their requests for health form status compliance
  • Assist the Credentialing Specialist with obtaining primary source verifications (PSV)
  • Prepare and present radiologist’s reappointment files to Credentialing Committee and Board in compliance with physician services reappointment processes
  • Execute reports as necessary out of the system
  • Administrative duties as requested by team members and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
