WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL & CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER.

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote vRad and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role oversees our SEO/SEM and Content Marketing Strategies to help connect our customers and prospective customers to meaningful product and marketing experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide lead and contributing roles for inbound marketing efforts including email, blogs, videos, and other forms of thought leadership and content marketing
  • Oversee our corporate website vRad.com and continually optimize to drive traffic, leads and conversions
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy
  • Manage paid media campaigns and optimize based on pre-determined KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide strategy adjustments based on performance
  • Leverage analysis to inform content creation and campaign strategies, improving search performance
  • Provide direction and communication to outside vendors on expected deliverables; manage production schedules and workload of outside vendors. Identify new vendors as needed for marketing communications work.
  • Work with agency to test and create ad copy to be distributed through paid ad campaigns
  • Present and maintain a positive public image of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years in a marketing role with website and SEO experience
  • Healthcare or medical industry a plus
  • Experience with SEO software, Google analytics products, HTML, CSS, and WordPress-based websites
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus (HubSpot preferred)
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Adobe creative suite a plus
  • Ability to use business analytics to assess performance of programs
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and initiative in accomplishing objectives of the position

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MARKETING SPECIALIST.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales and radiologist recruiting teams, as well as the MEDNAX onsite radiology practices. This position will perform a wide variety of important and rewarding activities to help exceed vRad’s goals for new business acquisition and retention, radiologist recruitment and retention, and onsite radiology practice growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and communications for new business and radiologist acquisition and retention
  • Manage all mass email communications, webinar events, and promotional activities for radiologist continuing education programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and radiologists to create a wide variety of marketing tactics including email, landing pages, contact forms, webinars, web pages, internal and external communications, social media, etc.
  • Enhance and maintain sales support materials
  • Utilize writing skills for content development
  • Expand and improve the use of automated marketing solutions
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance and communicate ideas for improvement
  • Perform other marketing and sales support duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Able to work independently and think strategically with a strong sense of project ownership

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN OVERNIGHT NETWORK TECHNICIAN.

The Network Technician is responsible for supporting vRad’s 24×7 production environment.  This includes providing top tier technical support to vRad’s clients, radiologists and internal team members.  This is a hands-on position requiring a broad technical knowledge to provide support for vRad’s proprietary software environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in order to resolve and document issues.

**This is an overnight position working a 7/7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off)**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity for customers.
  • Provide application-level RIS and PACS support, including image workflow.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients through various channels of communication (phone, chat, e-mail).
  • Provide local and remote desktop and system support.
  • Detailed documentation of support efforts.
  • Work within a team and collaborate with others.
  • Particular work shifts require the ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Computer Support and/or Network Administration AAS degree or 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Familiarity with the network connectivity types: Cable, DSL
  • Experience with different protocols: TCP/IP, ICMP, UDP, SSL and TLS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ping, traceroute, telnet, ipconfig, netstat, netsh, and nslookup commands.
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN internetworking devices: functions of internetworking, linking devices (routers, switches and firewalls).
  • Must possess a basic understanding of NAT and subnetting.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows 10, Windows Servers 2012 and 2016.
  • Network+ or CCENT certification is preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Medical systems experience with PACS and RIS a plus.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PHYSICIAN RECRUITER.

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring radiologists to meet the specialty and scheduling requirements as determined by operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Detailed review, consideration and response of all CVs submitted to vRad; require “best effort” for next business day response to all inquiries
  • Find, interview and hire radiologists meeting requirements specified by operations (specialty, location, licensing, start date)
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and work with vRad radiologists to decide next steps for candidate
  • Conduct executive interviews and explain the entire workflow process, compensation and determine appropriate fit of candidates
  • Stay current on industry trends regarding vacation time, compensation and other negotiated terms in contracts
  • Coordinate, setup and conduct residency outreaches within territory
  • Prepare and oversee arrangement of on-site visit
  • Follow up with physician candidates on a regular basis throughout the engagement process until offer is accepted and contract is negotiated; will participate in contract negotiations along with on-site corporate counsel
  • Coordinate, manage and advise on placement of ads, hiring process, offer packages, compensation and on-site visits to facilitate the hiring process of radiologists
  • Attend tradeshows as required (typically 1-4 a year)
  • May participate in training of new staff, presentations to other departments or other presentations as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Four plus years of solid executive level recruitment or sales experience
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Strong project management analytical skills; must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record to negotiate, persuade and close a candidate quickly
  • Ability to effectively handle high level escalations and time critical issues; meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships over the phone and have the ability to drill down to the next levels
  • Discretion as to proprietary and confidential information
  • Capable of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and have the ability to multi-task on a regular basis
  • Basic understanding of employment law and labor related laws and regulations and business practices

The Director of Operations is responsible for all operational activities surrounding the assignment and distribution of teleradiology exams to ensure the delivery of timely radiology reports to vRad customers and their patients.  The Director is also responsible for ensuring the Operations Center’s delivery of world-class service, customer care, and operational administrative support to vRad customers and radiologists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish benchmarks for operational efficiency, and implement workflow processes, policies, and procedures to enable a highly productive and efficient Operations Center team
  • Evaluate, maintain, and recommend improvements Case Assignment and Prioritization workflows to maintain radiologist productivity and efficiency in accordance with the Practice’s clinical and goals
  • Assess and evaluate operational workflow processes, policies and procedures within the Operations Center team
  • Determine and enforce Operations Center productivity, quality and efficiency requirements in accordance with company needs
  • Implement, evaluate, and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures and training programs for the Operations Center to ensure achievement of company goals for service, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Responsible for Operations Center staffing and activities 24x7x365
  • Manage and maintain spending within Operations Center financial budget
  • Engage with customers and radiologists as needed to set expectations, respond to complaints and to continue positive customer relations
  • Establish and report appropriate metrics that effectively measure overall effectiveness and efficiency of customer care
  • Consistently communicate progress against strategic and tactical goals to senior management and employees
  • Consistently communicate with vRad Medical Leadership to ensure operational performance is aligned with the Practice’s clinical goals
  • Manage day-to-day support for client/radiologist requests and activities to ensure client/radiologist satisfaction
  • Measure, report and manage customer satisfaction
  • Act as “business owner” of vRad’s Operations Center tools and technology systems, representing the needs of the OC and Operations teams to provide feedback and requirements to vRad’s technology teams when upgrades, enhancements, and new features are needed or implemented
  • Responsible for meeting customer turn-around time commitments to ensure the delivery of appropriate service levels for vRad’s customers; provide guidance on when additional capacity is warranted in order to meet company goals
  • Maintain Operations Center process documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and work related experience
  • 6+years of management experience in a high volume call center or similar work experience; strong knowledge of general customer support operations; health care experience preferred
  • Superior communication both verbal and written
  • Project management skills
  • Must have proven experience driving successful overall results (business results, customer satisfaction, employee relations, staffing, facilities, service levels, OC performance metrics, management development, training, budget management, etc.)

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

The Technical Support Specialist participates in the acquisition, configuration, maintenance and support of the clinical system environment for both internal and external physicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As part of our clinical support team, provide application and hardware support to our physicians to maintain maximum uptime. Most of this support will be done remotely via telephone with direct access to the remote workstation.
  • Handle support escalation (24×7 support) issues for clinical systems.
  • Assist in field upgrades, software changes, security and compliance of our clinical workstations.
  • Encouraged innovative thinking in the strategic development of next generation clinical workflows.
  • Involvement in projects regarding the testing and feasibility of future equipment and application needs for our physicians.
  • Assist in the purchase, configuration, deployment and asset procurement of clinical workstations to our physicians.
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed to support radiologists and other systems support issues
  • Travel may be required on an as-needed basis to client sites for installation, troubleshooting and training purposes.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SECURITY ANALYST.

The Security Analyst is responsible for assessing information risk, facilitating remediation of identified vulnerabilities, and monitoring the security posture of the organization.

Assesses and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities within network, systems and applications. Reports on findings and provides recommendation for remediation.  Performs vulnerability assessments utilizing IT security tools and methodologies.  Performs assessments of the IT security/risk posture of the organization and coordinates with implementation teams to communicate findings with potential clients.  Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of risk scenarios. Facilitates and monitors performance of risk remediation tasks, changes related to risk mitigation & reports on findings. Provides project status reports, including outstanding issues. The IT Security Analyst assists in all IT audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy security systems, components, and configurations in collaboration with other Team Members
  • Provide operational and performance management of security components of vRad Technology Platform
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts
  • Analyze vRad’s information security needs for current and emerging business activities
  • Maintain industry and market awareness of security and network trends, product advancements, and standards
  • Maintain technical understanding of Information Security standards as it relates to HIPAA and SOX
  • Provide 24/7 Service Restoration support in the event of vRad Technology Platform outages or major issues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures as they pertain to the infrastructure for VRC
  • Collaboration with other vRad departments and Team Members in reporting and resolving security and operational issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of vRad’s business model and functionality of core Technology Platform components including vRad RIS, vRad PACS, and vRad Enterprise Connect

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or 5+ years of security (or equivalent) experience
  • 1+ year of experience as a Security Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Contact Center Representative.

We currently have full-time schedules available for the following shifts:

    • 9:00pm-7:00am with rotating weekend shifts
    • 8:00pm-6:00am with rotating weekend shifts
    • 7:00pm-5:00am with rotating weekend shifts

About our team:

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Contact Center Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technologists when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 3-5 years of customer related experience in a contact center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus
  • Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
  • High level of attention to detail necessary
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in a PC environment utilizing software/programs including Windows, Internet, Instant Messaging/Virtual Chat and general e-mail tools
