The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer develops and executes test cases within provisioned quality assurance standards, processes and controls for a fast growing software engineering team.  Conducts inspection, testing, sampling, and training. Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases/scripts, report and follow-up with software issues reported; provide concise and accurate test status in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to develop test plan and test cases/scripts for new feature set in existing applications and for new applications as well
  • Perform black box and white box testing of internal and production system applications

We are currently looking for a Reimbursement Specialist–Payer Enrollment.


Virtual Radiologic (vRad) is a Joint Commission accredited teleradiology practice with 450+ radiologists and serves 2,000+ facilities across the country. We are seeking to fill the position of a full time Reimbursement Specialist – Payer Enrollment. This Specialist will be responsible for merging, completing and following up on provider applications with third-party payers.  Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to product a high output of applications, is essential to this role.

Experience:

Duties:

  • Complete a variety of third-party payer applications for vRad providers, including government and commercial
  • Understand and apply state regulations/entity information to applications, which includes non-application related requests and projects

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate physician and commercial contracts and related documents.
  • Advise employees and management of legal, compliance, and risk-management issues related to physicians’ contracts, state licenses, and clinical privileges, and lead and support resolution of related matters.
  • Develop and administer policies and procedures.
  • Work with business leaders as appropriate to prioritize pending contract and support requests and to maintain exceptional internal service levels.

Basic Qualifications

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Representative.


The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

This is full-time, overnight position with rotating weekend shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs

The Physician Recruiter will source, screen and hire radiologists to meet the specialty and scheduling requirements as determined by operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Detailed review, consideration and response of all CVs submitted to vRad; require “best effort” for next business day response to all inquiries
  • Find, interview and hire radiologists meeting requirements specified by operations (specialty, location, licensing, start date)
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and work with vRad radiologists to decide next steps for candidate

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Echo Credentialing platform. The Technical Business Analyst will manage the complete project coordination of new solutions and enhancements to the platform.   • Manage the Echo platform
  • Work with internal teams to elicit business needs, develop requested solutions and ensure the results of the development complies with business specifications
  • Interpret business needs regardless of specific requirements and double check assumptions prior to development
  • Drive innovation using the Echo system with process improvements and system enhancements that result in increased productivity

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst.


The Financial Analyst L2 is responsible for performing and/or assisting with all aspects of vRad’s financial analysis and planning processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing, updating and improving forecast models
  • Report monthly results, provide variance analysis and explanations
  • Drive annual budget and forecast cycles with detailed analysis and insights
  • Leverage business acumen to provide analytical problem solving and drive process improvements
  • Understand cost drivers in cross functional areas, determine cost allocation methodology and drive execution in financial statements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the business owners
  • Manage and update forecasting models and ad hoc reporting databases
  • Monthly reporting of results including variance explanation and research
  • Provide solutions in solving problems and facilitating process improvements
  • Specialize in analysis, modeling, accounting and system related functions
  • Assist with development of internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Assist in the month-end close and consolidation process
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 4 year finance, accounting or business degree required
  • Minimum 3 years finance, accounting or business analysis experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong computer skills including financial modeling and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial statements
  • Experience building and maintaining databases & financial models
  • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations a plus
