WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE ENGINEER.

The Software Engineer  will aid in the design, development, testing and supporting of software applications both web and windows based and designing and developing relational databases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop software within a team environment supporting a rapidly growing information technology intensive business
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs and translate into software systems specifications
  • Participate in estimating, planning, and scheduling software development tasks
  • Participate in the design of software systems, user interfaces, web services, processing algorithms, communications methods, and other major components
  • Develop software in C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL using standard coding practices
  • Perform unit, integration, and system level software testing
  • Assist SQA with integration and system level software testing
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Provide technical support to project team members, business users, and management
  • Perform performance tuning of software and database systems
  • Analyze and recommend performance and functionality improvements for databases
  • Lead medium-sized projects including detailed design, development effort, and timeline
  • Mentor junior developers to aid in their development
  • Design performance-oriented models, relational database structures, and access patterns

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 1-8 years of directly related experience
  • Experience developing software using Agile methodologies preferred
  • Experience with C# highly preferred (C++ or Java are acceptable)
  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript preferred
  • Experience with WinForms and WCF preferred
  • Experience with WebAPI and MVC preferred (Other MVVM architectures are acceptable)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL preferred (Oracle or other relational databases are acceptable)
  • Experience with NUnit testing framework preferred (Other frameworks are acceptable)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio preferred
  • Experience with software and database architectural techniques and high-level design using UML or similar representational modeling and design techniques
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work on a team on independently defined tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle development or major enhancement of object oriented software applications using relational databases
  • Experience with highly available production software applications preferred

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PHYSICIAN SCHEDULER.

The Physician Scheduler is responsible for maintaining, updating and coordinating all physician schedules, balancing physician credentials across practice needs and proactively preventing coverage gaps from schedule adjustments.  The Physician Scheduler will work closely with Medical Leadership and multiple teams across Operations to help manage physician onboarding, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and collaborating with the Sales Team for Facility Coverage requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with physicians and internal teams
  • Communicate individual contract obligations and assist physicians as needed to ensure compliance with annual contract obligations as related to total hours worked, total weekends worked and holidays fulfilled
  • Coordinate physician schedules across the practice to ensure appropriate coverage is available 24/7 to meet Study Demand and Facility Coverage requirements
  • Facilitate physician schedule changes by engaging Medical Leadership for review and approval
  • Collaborate with the Physician Licensing/Credentialing Teams for any mid-to-long term schedule adjustment requests and potential impact to planned physician capacity and facility coverage against operational needs
  • Manage the onboarding of new physicians by coordinating schedules, state licensure and facility credentials against sub-specialist availability and physician workflow expectations for Empty Time, Idle Time and periods of high volume
  • Work directly with the PCS Team (Production Control Support) in managing real-time workflow, physician emergencies and coverage needs
  • Assist with ad-hoc physician capacity needs by reaching out to physician contacts with targeted messages and scheduling needs
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of comparable business experience
  • Discretion with proprietary and confidential information
  • Able to communicate effectively and calmly in high-stress situations
  • Positive attitude with high aptitude for creative problem solving

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT SOURCER.

The Physician Recruitment Sourcer/Coordinator will support the growth of the practice by providing high level support to the Manager, Physician Recruitment and Physician Engagement Team throughout the recruitment process.  Sourcing, job posting and ad management, and candidate tracking will be the primary functions of this position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source radiologist candidates through onsite advertisement sites, purchased lists, win back campaigns, trade shows, cold calling, resident/fellowship programs, etc.
  • Identify recruiting opportunities through national and state organizations
  • Post and manage job opportunities and advertisements on recruiting websites
  • Track ROI on all sourcing activities to determine effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing team to constantly improve upon initiatives
  • Data entry of candidate information and maintain records in applicant tracking system
  • Maintain weekly status report of all candidates
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the different recruiting stages
  • Send out recruitment correspondences
  • Verify all necessary recruitment paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Manage radiologist visits to corporate office
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1 – 3 years’ related experience required, or equivalent recruitment or sales, sourcing and administrative support experience
  • Previous recruiting or healthcare background is preferred
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment to meet goals and deadlines

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing support and generating leads for the Area Directors and the Account Management team. The position will help to set appointments and drive new business development in dedicated regions to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and generate leads for all of vRad services and products
  • Make 75-100 cold calls daily
  • Set appointments and meetings for Area Director team in various regions
  • Informing Sales Team of Key Events/Notes from Regional Prospecting
  • Participate in client calls as defined by the Sales Team
  • Provide follow up and answer customer inquires
  • Assist in tracking success of marketing and sales initiative
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
  • Track client information on SalesForce.com
  • Support the Sales Team

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Representative.


The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

This is full-time, overnight position with rotating weekend shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus
  • Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
  • High level of attention to detail necessary
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making abilities
