About our team:

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Contact Center Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technologists when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 3-5 years of customer related experience in a contact center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus
  • Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
  • High level of attention to detail necessary
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in a PC environment utilizing software/programs including Windows, Internet, Instant Messaging/Virtual Chat and general e-mail tools

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

The Client Support Specialist (internal title: Privileging Specialist) is responsible for all direct communication with the Medical Staff Offices (MSO) and Credentials Verification Organizations (CVO) that we work with to obtain privileges for our vRad physicians. Ownership of the overall process of Physician credentialing appointment and reappointment to the medical staff of vRad clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage workflow for existing clients
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships between vRad and contacts at hospitals while managing client needs
  • Evaluate facility processes, determine opportunities for efficiencies and develop action plans
  • Proactive adjustments of rosters based on facility needs and radiologists schedule adjustments, capacity, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of privileging processes and procedures
  • Maintain continuous communication with credentialing contacts, internal team members, account services, and radiologists
  • Determine targets and meet deadlines for privileges granted
  • Obtain emergent privileges when necessary following proper guidelines and processes
  • Set up and maintain user accounts for client facing software
  • Assist with basic training/shadowing of new team members
  • Manages and understands department processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 2-3 years customer facing experience
  • Experience handling sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience setting and managing client expectations
  • Previous Experience with Joint Commission audits a plus
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SQA ENGINEER.

The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer develops and executes test cases within provisioned quality assurance standards, processes and controls for a fast growing software engineering team.  Conducts inspection, testing, sampling, and training. Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases/scripts, report and follow-up with software issues reported; provide concise and accurate test status in a timely manner
  • Ensure acceptance criteria is correct and complete for designing test cases
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to develop test plan and test cases/scripts for new feature set in existing applications and for new applications as well
  • Perform black box and white box testing of internal and production system applications
  • Contribute to the development of regression test suites for Virtual Radiologic Corporation (VRC) product lines
  • Develop, prioritize and execute manual and automated regression test cases/scripts on releases
  • Provide support in debugging & reproducing problems reported in production environment
  • Provide thoughts and insight in making SQA more effective and efficient
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed to support radiologists and other systems support issues

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or experience in a related field
  • 1-4 years of Software QA experience including testing Standalone and Web applications in Windows environment
  • Working knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with Client/Server, back-end and white box testing
  • Possess excellent debugging and problem solving skills and highly analytical
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical audience
  • Ability to assess requirements, prioritize and manage testing on releases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ASP.Net, C#, .NET, and SQL server preferred
  • Experience with Jira preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and coordination of various integrated communication and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal team to gather requirements and then build, execute, and automate email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on performance of each campaign and communicate results and plans for improvement
  • Execute a wide variety of details that may involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SUMMER DATABASE ENGINEER INTERN.

The Database Engineer Intern works with the Business Intelligence/Analytics Manager and the BI/Analytics team providing enterprise information management for vRad including SQL coding, construction of ETL processes and designing/maintaining of reports and dashboards.  Duties include querying, transforming and analyzing data from operational systems to help deliver actionable information to management and operational teams. This position is also responsible for assisting in the support of the logical and physical aspects of vRad’s databases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write SQL statements for data access to both operational and data warehouse environments
  • Deliver business intelligence/analytics for projects and ad-hoc requests from internal business partners
  • Assist in identifying solutions to request or problems
  • Write SQL statements for transactional data access, data definition (database schemas and objects) and SQL Server administration
  • Collaborate with local and remote team members
  • Create complex reports and queries using SQL Reporting Services, Power BI and Tableau
  • Operate and administer SQL Server instances in a high-availability environment
  • Install and configure SQL Server components using best practices, including clustering and availability groups
  • Monitor and identify issues in real time
  • Tune SQL statements as necessary
  • Follow vRad’s change management processes when modifying production systems
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Clarify and codify definitions in the corporate data dictionary

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.E, B.B.A., B.A., B.S.) in engineering (computer science) or business (accounting, finance, computer information systems) or actively enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably majoring in computer science, computer information systems or related field
  • Understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
  • Knowledge of SQL; able to write SQL conforming to the ANSI SQL standard
  • Familiar with SQL Server 2012+ tools and components
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CREDENTIALING COORDINATOR.

The Credentialing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Credentialing Specialists.  Organizes, coordinates and ensures up-to-date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Populate vRad systems (Echo) with new rad information off of original CV for onboarding physicians to initiate automated processes
  • Communicate with radiologists to fulfill their requests for health form status compliance
  • Assist the Credentialing Specialist with obtaining primary source verifications (PSV)
  • Prepare and present radiologist’s reappointment files to Credentialing Committee and Board in compliance with physician services reappointment processes
  • Execute reports as necessary out of the system
  • Administrative duties as requested by team members and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible
  • Must be able to work independently with given instruction but also be able to work in a team environment

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST.

The Financial Systems Analyst will assist in maintaining the suite of applications used by the Finance Department.  This role will work closely with all areas of finance, as well as internal and external software support.  This process spans user testing, issue resolution and assisting with development end user training, product launch and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review software issues and validate understanding of the same with end users
  • Test suspect system issues utilizing development database, document test results
  • Communicate testing results to end users, management or support for further action as necessary
  • Aid in development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software enhancements
  • Assist in documenting processes/training materials for end users
  • Communicate with end users to document software enhancement or ad hoc query/reporting needs
  • Assist in the install and implementation of software enhancements or modules
  • Communicate effectively with business, engineering teams and management
  • Develop and document use cases of our software systems
  • Aid in creation of specifications for our software systems
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and promote a progressive quality culture
  • Comply with the corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of coursework and experience

The Database Engineer  will support high performing and highly available applications in the vRad core technology platform.  The position is responsible for supporting the logical and physical aspects of vRad’s SQL Server Clinical Applications OLTP environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex and robust technical solutions that are scalable and manageable
  • Write SQL statements for transactional data access, data definition and SQL Server administration
  • Collaborate with local and remote team members to create high-performing, data-driven applications
  • Create complex reports and queries using SQL Reporting Services and Analysis Services
  • Use modern ETL techniques to integrate data from disparate systems
  • Document deliverables so they can be supported by the team
  • Operate and administer SQL Server instances in a high-availability environment

  • Monitor and identify issues in real time

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Database Administrator Certification (MCITP) preferred
  • 5 – 7 years SQL Server experience in mid to large sized environments
  • Experience managing and architecting SQL environments with very large OLTP databases (1 TB or more)
  • Experienced and confident in using advanced T-SQL in creating and updating custom queries, stored procedures, tables, functions and more
  • Experience with installing, configuring and managing SQL Server along with Microsoft High Availability technologies, including Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication, availability groups, and distributed availability groups
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and experience working with a variety of difference performance optimization techniques including index performance tuning, query plan analysis/usage, capturing and analyzing performance counters, code rewrites and more
  • Experience in designing, implementing and monitoring common SQL maintenance plans and custom scripts
  • Ability to manage SQL Server permissions
  • Experience in authoring, editing, communicating and enforcing SQL Server standards and industry best practices
  • Understanding of ETL design concepts
  • Experience with change control management
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multiple server environments
  • Must be able to communicate with non-technical users
  • Must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time
  • Experience with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS preferable
  • Knowledge of various industry regulations such as HIPAA, PCI, PHI, SOX and how they pertain to the database domain is a plus
  • Experience with OLAP systems is a plus

    • Full-time: 9:00pm-7:00am with rotating weekend shifts

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Contact Center/Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently

The Sales Operations Analyst provides analytical support to the vRad Go-To-Market team working under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations with partnership from the Sr. Manager of Inside Sales.  Working primarily in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel this position develops and sustains essential sales operations functions including periodic reporting, building dashboards, financial modeling, and ensuring data integrity.  The key areas of focus are pipeline, risk, activity and account level metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards focused on pipeline, bookings, risk, attrition, account performance, and team member performance.
  • Assist with sales process training Work with Go-To-Market team members to ensure data is clean, accurate and up to date. This may include using the data loader to update information from time to time.
  • Drive a culture of personal accountability from the growth team.
  • AttendCRM governance meetings, tracking timelines and deliverables on specified projects.
  • Provide status updates, meeting minutes, issues logs and other appropriate communication to the client and/or project team to ensure that everyone involved is sufficiently informed of significant project developments in a timely manner
  • Develop project plans including schedules, scope, risks, and cost estimates
  • Monitor and control project through administrative direction to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget

The Medical Staff Coordinator (internal title: Licensing Coordinator) provides administrative and database support for the Licensing Specialists and Licensing Analysts. Is responsible for maintaining medical licenses and processing state license renewals. Familiarity and compliance with state rules, regulations and reporting requirements.  Also responsible for ensuring continuing medical education (CME) compliance prior to license renewals, mandatory state profile compliance, malpractice and adverse action reporting compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in completion of state specific verifications and follow-up with facilities to ensure proper delivery to the medical boards
  • Maintain specific departmental workflow responsibilities as assigned (i.e. renewal workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.)
  • Assist radiologist in the tracking and compliance of: CME requirements (i.e. uploading and reporting), licensing applications, mandatory profile compliance, malpractice/adverse action reporting compliance
  • Mailing, scanning and uploading of items
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
