The Software Engineer (Test Automation) designs, develops, and executes test automation scripts supporting applications and working under the direction of the test automation team. The Software Engineer (Test Automation) also triages test automation runs.  Works with test automation, software engineering, SQA and product teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment supporting a rapidly growing information technology intensive business
  • Develop software for automation tests, using C#, HTML, JavaScript, Python and SQL, using standard coding practices
  • Analyze, report and follow-up on test results. Provide concise and accurate test status in a timely manner
  • Develop, prioritize and execute automated software tests including regression, smoke, feature, load and stress tests, using C#, automated testing tools, and test automation frameworks
  • Develop, prioritize and execute manual and automated regression test cases/scripts on releases
  • Provide support in debugging & reproducing problems reported in production environment
  • Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming and estimating User Stories

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or 2+ years of related experience
  • 1+ years of experience focused on Quality Assurance testing and Automation Testing
  • Experience in an Object-Oriented Development language such as C# or Java
  • Experience with ASP.Net, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, SQL Server and PowerShell is a plus
  • Experience with user interface automation tools such as Ranorex is a plus
  • Experience with automated test frameworks such as nUnit, FIT, etc. is a plus

Summary:

 

The Privileging Specialist is responsible for all direct communication with the Medical Staff Offices (MSO) and Credentials Verification Organizations (CVO) that we work with to obtain privileges for our vRad physicians. Ownership of the overall process of Physician credentialing appointment and reappointment to the medical staff of vRad clients.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Initiate and manage workflow and credentialing process for existing clients specific to their unique needs to obtain privileges per their bylaws and compliance requirements
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships between vRad and credentialing contacts at hospitals while managing client needs
  • Evaluate facility processes, determine opportunities for efficiencies and develop action plans
  • Proactive adjustments of rosters based on facility needs and radiologists schedule adjustments, capacity, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of privileging processes and procedures
  • Sell, promote and advocate vRad’s credentialing services (Credentialing Agreements, vRad Portal, Electronic Signatures, etc.)
  • Maintain continuous communication with credentialing contacts, internal Physician Services team members, account services. radiologists and other internal clients
  • Determine targets and meet deadlines for privileges granted
  • Obtain emergent privileges when necessary following proper guidelines and processes
  • Manage electronic credentialing database notes, dates and proper documentation, including
  • Set up and maintain user accounts for client facing software
  • Assist with basic training/shadowing of new team members
  • Manages and understands department processes

Qualifications/Education:

 

  • 2-3 years customer facing experience
  • Credentialing or Medical Staff Office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and HIPAA compliance
  • Previous Experience with Joint Commission audits a plus

Summary:

 

The Licensing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Licensing Specialists and Licensing Analysts. Is responsible for maintaining medical licenses and processing state license renewals. Familiarity and compliance with state rules, regulations and reporting requirements.  Also responsible for ensuring continuing medical education (CME) compliance prior to license renewals, mandatory state profile compliance, malpractice and adverse action reporting compliance.

Summary:

 

The Credentialing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Credentialing Specialists.  Organizes, coordinates and ensures up-to-date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Our systems team is growing and we are looking for a Systems Engineer with 1-3 years of systems administration experience. The Systems Engineer Level 1 will assist in the design, operation and maintenance of corporate and datacenter infrastructure.

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating radiology workflow processes that are critical to patient care on a 24/7 basis for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to: (i) ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted; (ii) complete data order entry, on both a proactive and reactive basis; and (3) identify and/or troubleshoot non-technical issues.

 

The Operations Center and its staff play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when patient care requires additional information or radiologist-to-hospital conference calls. Properly supporting these activities requires processing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with professional, courteous, and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business and its critical role in facilitating emergent patient care, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management, regular and reliable attendance, and a sense of urgency are required.

 

The Operations Support (OS) Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the functional workflow of the Operations Support Representative (OSR) team members.  This includes backup support in the absence or shortage of an Operations Support Supervisor (OSS). The OS Team Lead will be physically mobile in the OC coaching the representatives at their workstations. This individual is responsible for the administration of workload and first point of contact for issues and technical difficulties at all times.  This position will perform first level trouble-shooting, answering questions by OSRs and escalating issues to the appropriate resources. This position will assist in team member coaching and development. Remote assistance via home workstation or laptop may be requested in an on-call capacity.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

In addition to OSR, OSR L2 and/or OC Specialist responsibilities, the OS Team Lead will:

  • Provide regular, reliable, and timely attendance for scheduled shifts
  • Oversee the functional OSR responsibilities
  • Provide first level escalation support for OSR and/or client questions/issues
  • Mentor, coach and motivate OSRs in all functional responsibilities
  • Assist supervisors by contributing information to be used to evaluate team and individual performance
  • Generate daily/nightly OC reports
  • Provide real time quality assurance of OSR task performance
  • Take ownership of monitoring the customer service experience
  • Provide “white-glove” support to high profile clients as needed
  • Assume OS supervisor responsibilities in the absence of an OS supervisor
  • Stay current on all policy and procedure updates
  • Provide business continuity plan support as well as other OC back-up functions in the event of inclement weather (this requires the rotational use of a company issued laptop)
  • Team scheduling and task assignment coordination

The People Analytics Business Analyst delivers ongoing support to the HR & Medical Services team providing them with the insight to make data driven personnel decisions and effectively communicate data driven recommendations.  This role is designed to compile complex data sets, produce ongoing regular reporting, generate insight, and draw conclusions and recommendations about the business using vRad’s workforce data.  The workforce analyst will have expertise in quantitative analysis and the ability to tell a story through data delivering impactful and meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly and adhoc reports with quantitative analysis that tells a story through the data
  • Develop a Growth and Engagement dashboard focusing on recruiting pipeline, physician risk, attrition, and team member performance
  • Perform data collection, trending, analytics, reporting, and forecasting to support company initiatives
  • Conduct ROI analysis on recruiting campaigns and onsite engagement events
  • Work with HR and MS teams to ensure data integrity for accurate reporting
  • Research and analyze employee and physician performance data
  • Identify trends and potential risks that may need action through further examination, monitoring or other engagement activities
  • Participate in projects and programs with people data, ie engagement survey analysis
  • Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and audience

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL ANALYST.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing and/or assisting with all aspects of the company’s financial analysis and planning processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update forecasting models and ad hoc reporting databases
  • Provide support for annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Provide solutions in solving problems and facilitating process improvements
  • Specialize in analysis, modeling, accounting and system related functions
  • Assist with development of internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/Education:

  • 0-2 years as a Financial Analyst or related role
  • 4-year finance, accounting or business degree
  • Finance, accounting or business analysis experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills including financial modeling and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements
  • Experience building and maintaining databases and preparing PowerPoint presentations a plus

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SR. SYSTEMS ENGINEER.

This position will be based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office. 

The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for senior level systems engineering design, operation, evaluation and administration at vRad.  A Sr. Engineer serves as one of the highest levels of systems support escalation in the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary technical escalation point for all areas of systems engineering
  • Lead in the definition, acquisition, design, implementation, documentation and support of servers, datacenter and office related technologies
  • Implement and maintain server hardware, storage and software in an enterprise environment
  • Perform engineering design evaluations of current and potential systems technology and IT infrastructure
  • Develop, implement and monitor information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security and regulatory compliance
  • Lead in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers
  • Formulate business systems architecture plans, estimate costs and ensure projects meet strategic needs
  • Assist with vendor evaluations and testing procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 6-10+ years of experience
  • Project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft AD and related Windows services administration (DNS, DHCP, DFS, clustering etc.)
  • Backup and recovery with various systems such as Commvault
  • Enterprise SAN and NAS configuration and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • VMWare engineering and administration
  • Cisco UCS platform experience
  • Splunk (managing, performance tuning, architecting, etc)
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and the ability to multitask on a regular basis
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Enterprise faxing (FOIP), Skype4B, Enterprise SIEM, Exchange experience a plus
  • Linux administration
  • Multisite datacenter management and operation
  • MCSE certification or relevant certifications a plus
