Summary:
The Data Scientist supports vRad’s Finance organization and other business functional areas by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to extract trends and business insights. The incumbent will help leaders develop robust, sustainable, and well-organized processes to access and use data. The incumbent will also independently, and as part of various teams, work to develop predictive models, dashboards, and other business reports and present them to various levels within the organization. This position will require knowledge and use of database programming in either SQL or R to assist in gathering, analyzing, verifying, building and distributing data sets for use across the company. This role will also include a focus around automating existing and new reports and processes.

Summary:
The Overnight Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) contributes to the overall success of the Operations Center (OC) by overseeing the functional workflow of the Operations Support Representatives (OSR) ensuring timely execution of all functional OSR responsibilities.
The OSS ensures their assigned team meet and/or exceed department goals and objectives. They are accountable for the direct supervision of the work activities of others; this includes personnel issues-including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of direct reports.
The OSS will be physically mobile in the OC, coaching the representatives at their workstations or monitoring/coaching in a remote environment. The OSS is responsible for staying abreast of work load, issues and technical difficulties at all times and will perform first level trouble-shooting, answer questions by all OSRs and escalate issues to the appropriate resource. The OSS will act as a primary supervisor for OC Reps and will perform quality assurance of OSR work performed; The OSS will assume functional responsibility for the entire OC in the absence of an OC Manager; ensuring that we are efficiently meeting the needs of our clients and radiologists.

The Operations Center and its staff play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when patient care requires additional information or radiologist-to-hospital conference calls. Properly supporting these activities requires processing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with professional, courteous, and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business and its critical role in facilitating emergent patient care, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management, regular and reliable attendance, and a sense of urgency are required.
