WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NETWORK TECHNICIAN.

The Network Technician is responsible for supporting vRad’s 24×7 production environment.  This includes providing top tier technical support to vRad’s clients, radiologists and internal team members.  This is a hands-on position requiring a broad technical knowledge in order to provide support for vRad’s proprietary software environment.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in order to resolve and document nightly issues.

*This is an overnight position working a 7/7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off)*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity for new and existing customers
  • Provide technical support (via telephone, IM, chat, e-mail, etc) troubleshooting issues and connectivity support for PACS, RIS and other systems
  • Assist all internal and external customers (OC, radiologists, clients, etc) with any technical related concerns/issues
  • Document and communicate all applicable information from our clients ensuring communication is available to the applicable internal department (i.e. IT, Client Services, Engineering, etc) within our organization
  • Provide basic remote desktop and system support to our internal and external clients including our radiologists
  • Provide entry level system administration support
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed to support radiologists and other systems support issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1+ years of network and desktop support experience or equivalent experience
  • Recent completion of network and/or server administration technical school or equivalent experience
  • IPSEC VPN tunnel management
  • Familiarity with the network connectivity types: T1, T3,Cable and DSL
  • Experience with different protocols: TCP/IP, ICMP, UDP, SSL and TLS
  • Familiarity with networking monitoring tools and troubleshooting in a command line environment
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN internetworking devices: functions of internetworking, linking devices (repeaters, bridges, routers, and gateways), configuring, routing IP addresses and subnetting
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) clearly with customers and provide phone/electronic communications (IM, chat, e-mail, etc) support
  • Experience using a ticketing system
  • Basic level of understanding of routing and switching as it pertains to a customer specific environment
  • Knowledge of Cisco Products
  • Knowledge and Experience of XP, Windows Servers 2000 and 2003
  • Active Directory User Administration
  • Medical systems experience with PACS and RIS a plus
  • COMPTIA A+/Net+ certification desired

The Licensing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Licensing Specialists and Licensing Analysts and is responsible for maintaining medical licenses and processing state license renewals. This position is also responsible for ensuring continuing medical education (CME) compliance prior to license renewals, mandatory state profile compliance, malpractice and adverse action reporting compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completion of initial and renewal state licensing applications
  • Support in completion of state specific verifications and follow-up with facilities to ensure proper delivery to the medical boards
  • Maintain specific departmental workflow responsibilities as assigned (i.e. renewal workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.)
  • Assist radiologist in the tracking and compliance of: CME requirements (i.e. uploading and reporting), licensing applications, mandatory profile compliance, malpractice/adverse action reporting compliance
  • Mailing, scanning and uploading of items

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience preferred

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A TELERADIOLOGY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR.

The Teleradiology Operations  Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the production control team within the Operations Center (OC). The Teleradiology Operations Supervisor responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to ensure goals are achieved. The Teleradiology Operations Supervisor also assumes the responsibility of OC Supervisor in the absence of an Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) or an Operations Center Manager (OCM).

The Teleradiology Operations  Supervisor supports a 24×7 team and requires flexibility to work nights and occasional weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the production control specialist team to ensure best practices and assist in the strategic planning for future business
  • Ensure full training of team including creating and maintaining manuals, tools and resources
  • Assume the OC supervisory role in the absence of an OSS of OCM
  • Assignment of work to team, mentoring of team members and monitoring of progress
  • Evaluate and develop Production Control team programs and policies
  • Communicate to OC management on issues, trends, resolutions, status, ideas, etc.
  • Identify root cause and develops action plans to address opportunities
  • Maintain scheduling and ensuring staffing coverage of PCS team
  • Assist in the performance evaluation process for OSR and PCS team members
  • Perform PCS functions as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years of operations related experience preferred
  • One year or more supervisory experience is preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities
This individual will function in the capacity of a Systems Administrator\Operations Engineer with focus on, but not limited to, supporting the high demands of our Infrastructure Operations. These daily executions require effective management and coordination across multiple platforms, ensuring uptime of infrastructure components, servers, devices and applications.

  • Support Infrastructure Operations and triage applications issues as they arise

Qualifications

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or more projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Systems Implementation Lifecycle.   This includes working with business analyst for project requirements, establishing a project plan, coordinating product team activities, conducting internal Project Reviews, and taking Project Manager action on schedule, scope, and or budget to achieve project success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Project Manager for one or more information technology projects
  • Develop project plans including schedules, scope, risks, and cost and effort estimates
  • Integrate Project Plans from multiple projects to ensure coordination of key tasks, appropriate sequencing, and identify resource constraints
  • Work with Chief Information Officer to assemble Project Plans into our overall Technology Master Plan
  • Lead Project Team meetings, team-wide communication, and status determination
  • Work collaboratively with various Technology Resource Managers for resource assignments, issue resolution, task completion, and other aspects of Project Management in a matrix organization

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of related information technology experience
  • Experience managing software development projects using a SDLC methodology
  • Experience in managing commercial software package deployments
  • Strong MS Office, VISIO, MS Project, Confluence and Jira skills
  • Experience, prior to becoming a Project Manager, as a software developer, infrastructure engineer, or other member of a technology project team

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Representative.

The Operations Center at vRad provides world-class customer support to our clients by monitoring and facilitating the radiology workflow process (24/7) for hospitals, clinics and radiologists.  To effectively meet this need, the Operations Support Representatives provide constant monitoring of incoming orders and images to ensure that all relevant clinical information has been submitted, complete data order entry as needed proactively and identify and/or trouble-shoot non-technical issues.

We play a crucial role in assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are required. To properly support these activities, a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous and effective communication. Due to the nature of this business, multi-tasking, following procedure, extreme attention to detail, relationship management and a sense of urgency are required.

We have full-time and part-time positions available:

  • Full-time positions are overnight with rotating weekend shifts 7:00pm-5:00am or 9:00pm-7:00am
  • Part-time positions are 4:00pm-9:00pm or 5:00pm-10:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure that all necessary clinical information has been submitted (including image count verification)
  • Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets or other information requested by doctors
  • Perform data entry of faxed orders
  • Verify hospitals requesting service are covered at the time of request
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Coordinate conference calls for doctors/RNs/rad techs
  • Identify and trouble-shoot issues (i.e. mismatched studies, etc.)
  • Provide documentation of all study activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • No education required
  • Two or more years of customer related experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Telephone etiquette skills are essential
  • Medical background a plus
  • Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
