WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SALES COORDINATOR

This position can be 100% remote or hybrid  based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office.

The Sales Coordinator provides operational and daily support to vRad’s clients by partnering with the Account Managers and Area Directors assigned to a geographic region.  This position works closely with all departments to ensure client issues and requests are resolved and fulfilled in a timely fashion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client dashboards and reports for market and performance trends
  • Prioritize tasks into daily, monthly and quarterly functions in order to achieve goals of retaining current clients and growing area revenue
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day radiologist feedbacks
  • Solid understanding of CRM Tools – preferably SalesForce.com
  • Responsible for report generation and delivery to clients, teammates and leadership
  • Train clients on vRad portal and individual applications
  • Understand the specific needs of each client and recommend operational strategies to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Understand and know customer contractual requirements including billing and SLAs
  • Ensure timely management of client contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong internal/external relationships
  • Seek help and notify management when client schedules and/or client needs may be compromised
  • Perform risk management and take necessary actions to mitigate risks to the satisfaction of both the client and vRad
  • Provide status updates, meeting minutes, issues logs and other appropriate communication to the client and/or project team to ensure that everyone involved is sufficiently informed of significant project developments in a timely manner
  • Responsible for coordinating contract addenda in conjunction with the vRad Legal Team
  • Provide metrics to vRad Senior Management as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 4-year degree in related field and/or 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated exceptional results in expectations and experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to perform basic business math in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry through past employment experience (preferably radiology)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strength in analyzing client needs and facilitating technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of Project Management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, and develop work plans
  • Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
  • Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations
  • Solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite – specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this position is $24.00-29.00 per hour. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
