WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST.

The Associate Software Engineer in Test develops automated tests, working under the direction of the test automation team to develop custom tools, software, and scripts. The Associate Software Engineer in Test also runs manual tests with the manual testing team as needed.  Works with both test automation team and product teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and execute automated tests against vRad’s suite of applications
  • Execute manual test cases, report and follow-up with software issues reported; provide concise and accurate test status in a timely manner
  • Analyze, report and follow-up on test results.  Provide concise and accurate test status in a timely manner
  • Develop, prioritize and execute automated software tests including regression, smoke, feature, load and stress tests, using C#, automated testing tools, and test automation frameworks
  • Develop, prioritize and execute manual and automated regression test cases/scripts on releases
  • Provide support in debugging & reproducing problems reported in production environment
  • Other activities as directed by management

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or 1 -3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Experience in an Object-Oriented Development language such as C# or Java
  • Working knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies
  • Possess excellent debugging and problem solving skills and highly analytical
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical audience

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL STAFF COORDINATOR.

The Medical Staff Coordinator (Internal Title: Licensing & Credentialing Coordinator) provides administrative and database support for the Licensing and Credential Teams. Responsible for administrative duties related to both teams.  They organize, coordinate, and ensure up to date processing of confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                 

  • Support in completion of state specific verifications and follow-up with facilities to ensure proper delivery to the medical boards
  • Maintain specific departmental workflow responsibilities as assigned (i.e. renewal workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.)
  • Assist radiologist in the tracking and compliance of: CME requirements (i.e. uploading and reporting), licensing applications, mandatory profile compliance, malpractice/adverse action reporting compliance
  • Populate vRad systems (Echo) with new rad information off of CV for onboarding physicians to initiate automated processes
  • Execute reports as necessary out of the system
  • Mailing, scanning and uploading of items
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Medical Staff Office or previous credentialing or medical licensing experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork

The Sales Operations Analyst provides analytical support to the vRad Go-To-Market team working under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations with partnership from the Sr. Manager of Inside Sales.  Working primarily in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel this position develops and sustains essential sales operations functions including periodic reporting, building dashboards, financial modeling, and ensuring data integrity.  The key areas of focus are pipeline, risk, activity and account level metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards focused on pipeline, bookings, risk, attrition, account performance, and team member performance.
  • Assist with sales process training Work with Go-To-Market team members to ensure data is clean, accurate and up to date. This may include using the data loader to update information from time to time.
  • Drive a culture of personal accountability from the growth team.
  • AttendCRM governance meetings, tracking timelines and deliverables on specified projects.
  • Provide status updates, meeting minutes, issues logs and other appropriate communication to the client and/or project team to ensure that everyone involved is sufficiently informed of significant project developments in a timely manner

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR.

An Operations Support Supervisor (OSS) is responsible for overseeing the functional workflow of the Operations Support Representatives (OSR) ensuring timely execution of all functional OSR responsibilities. The OSS will be physically mobile in the Operations Center (OC), coaching the representatives at their workstations. The OSS is responsible for staying abreast of work load, issues and technical difficulties at all times and will perform first level trouble-shooting, answer questions by all OSRs and escalate issues to the appropriate resource. The OSS will act as primary supervisor for OC Reps and will perform quality assurance of OSR work performed; The OSS will assume functional responsibility for the entire OC in the absence of an OC Manager and/or Production Control Specialist; ensuring that we are efficiently meeting the needs of our clients and radiologists.

*This is an overnight position working four 10 hour shifts (7:00pm-5:00am) supporting a 24×7 team.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary supervisor, overseeing the functional OSR responsibilities
  • Mentor, coach and motivate OSRs to ensure timely and accurate performance of all functional responsibilities
  • Maintain ownership of the coaching and development process for OC team members
  • Ensure that all team members perform with a high customer service focus; delivering excellent customer satisfaction and high client retention
  • Foster, promote and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Assist and contribute information and criteria to be used in OSR performance evaluations
  • Generate accurate and professional daily/nightly operations reports
  • Ensure that complete and accurate communications occur with customers regarding any issues including those that require escalation for resolution
  • Assists Operations Center and technical support staff with problem resolution and escalation
  • Manage the telephone quality audit and monitoring process ensuring written and verbal performance feedback to all OSRs; monitor OSRs’ call techniques and proactively addresses performance issues on a continual basis
  • Provide recommendations and assist in maintaining the Operations Center Training Manual as well as all training for OC team members
  • Take ownership of monitoring the customer service experience for all new vRad clients during their first week of coverage (“honeymoon phase”)
  • Escalate issues to appropriate resource
  • Assume functional responsibility for the OC in the absence of the OC Manager and/or PCS Supervisor ensuring the needs of our clients and radiologists are met (This includes possible on-call shifts)
  • Other duties as assigned

The Manager – Operations Center (OC) will oversee the daily operations and all facets within the Operations Center while providing planning and strategic direction to the Operations Center team.

*This is a second shift position working four 10 hour shifts (12:00-10:00pm or 2:00pm-12:00am) with rotating weekends.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Operations Center and ensure appropriate staffing capacity, departmental/company profitability, turn-around time (TAT)/contractual compliance and adherence to budgetary goals
  • Establish and monitor performance objectives/metrics and define tools to measure progress and ensure consistent achievement of departmental/business objectives
  • Motivate, provide coaching and development of team members to ensure the highest degree of customer service to maximize our quality of service and customer retention; foster, promote and contribute to a positive team environment; directly manage Operations Support Supervisors
  • Lead all departmental process improvement initiatives by identifying system and new workflow efficiencies; prioritize, recommend and support the implementation of programs to improve call center processes as well as work in collaboration with other departments of the organization
  • Recommend changes in technology and procedures that improve service quality, workflow enhancements and increased profitability
  • Prepare annual performance reviews for all direct reports, including detailed objectives for each new fiscal year
  • Create workforce management forecasts/staffing analysis, scheduling, budgets and planning
  • Compile and monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational statistics and reports; analyze trends, variances and problem situations; provide accurate reporting on results, including production statistics, actual result to goal, forecasting projections and technical issues
  • Main point of contact representing the OC for any internal and external customers
  • Understand and uphold the on-call escalation procedure for 24×7 call center operations; assume the lead point of contact role in establishing communication, initiating escalation and decision making within the operations center

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and work related experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a high volume call center or similar work experience; strong knowledge of general customer support operations; health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

This individual will function in the capacity of an Operations Engineer with focus on, but not limited to, supporting the high demands of our Infrastructure Operations. These daily executions require effective management and coordination across multiple platforms, ensuring uptime of infrastructure components, servers, devices and applications.

  • Support Infrastructure Operations and triage applications issues as they arise
  • Continue to improve server/application performance with increasing reliability and availability while maintaining or reducing costs
  • Works well with other Infrastructure Engineers as well as other teams to drive resolution of incidents and problems
  • Ensure proper service levels are being met and that a high level of customer satisfaction is being maintained
  • Helps architect and implement solutions to address complicated infrastructure designs and application challenges around performance, scaling, and security

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting and maintaining Windows Server environments
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting Active Directory services and group policies
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Citrix XenApp, Xen Desktop and or similar application delivery technology
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting VMware, or any other similar hypervisor technology
  • Experience using Windows event logs, IIS logs, and application specific logs to address server and application performance issues and system errors

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN OVERNIGHT NETWORK TECHNICIAN.

*This is an overnight position working a 7/7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off)*  Full-time and part-time shifts available

The Network Technician Level 1 is responsible for supporting vRad’s 24×7 production environment.  This includes providing top tier technical support to vRad’s clients, radiologists and internal team members.  This is a hands-on position requiring a broad technical knowledge to provide support for vRad’s proprietary software environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in order to resolve and document issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity for customers.
  • Provide application-level RIS and PACS support, including image workflow.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients through various channels of communication (phone, chat, e-mail).
  • Provide local and remote desktop and system support.
  • Detailed documentation of support efforts.
  • Work within a team and collaborate with others.
  • Particular work shifts require the ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Computer Support and/or Network Administration AAS degree or 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Familiarity with the network connectivity types: Cable, DSL
  • Experience with different protocols: TCP/IP, ICMP, UDP, SSL and TLS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ping, traceroute, telnet, ipconfig, netstat, netsh, and nslookup commands.
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN internetworking devices: functions of internetworking, linking devices (routers, switches and firewalls).
  • Must possess a basic understanding of NAT and subnetting.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows 10, Windows Servers 2012 and 2016.
  • Network+ or CCENT certification is preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Medical systems experience with PACS and RIS a plus.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MARKETING SPECIALIST.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of the vRad marketing organization―supporting the sales and radiologist recruiting teams, as well as the MEDNAX onsite radiology practices. You will perform a wide variety of important and rewarding activities to help exceed vRad’s goals for new business acquisition and retention, radiologist recruitment and retention, and onsite radiology practice growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and communications for new business and radiologist acquisition and retention
  • Manage all mass email communications, webinar events, and promotional activities for radiologist continuing education programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and radiologists to create a wide variety of marketing tactics including email, landing pages, contact forms, webinars, web pages, internal and external communications, social media, etc.
  • Enhance and maintain sales support materials
  • Utilize writing skills for content development
  • Expand and improve the use of automated marketing solutions
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance and communicate ideas for improvement
  • Perform other marketing and sales support duties as assigned
  • Adhere to vRad’s corporate identity and branding guidelines

Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Tech savvy with marketing tools like PowerPoint, Word, marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred), etc. Digital marketing experience a plus.
  • Able to work independently and think strategically with a strong sense of project ownership
  • Detail oriented with a sound understanding of marketing principles and an eye for aesthetics
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience or relevant experience preferred

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DATA ANALYST.

The Data Analyst gathers and analyzes data from multiple sources to extract trends and business insights, for purposes such as predictive modeling, dashboard reporting and business improvement projects. This position will use database programming to assist in gathering, analyzing, verifying, building and distributing corporate data sets for use across the company. This role will include a focus around automating existing and new reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and integrate data from disparate sources including MS SQL server and presenting for enterprise level consumption
  • Ensure data integrity with a comprehensive understanding of the source(s) of truth
  • Create dashboards, KPIs and other data visualizations
  • Create statistical models using regression, multi-variate, or other modeling techniques to drive predictions
  • Thoroughly analyze data, quickly identify relevant information, and transform it into a meaningful output
  • Assist with creation and deployment of long-term data management structure and data reporting tools
  • Help to automate current reporting tools and assist different departments with reporting needs
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Four year degree, or its equivalent
  • SQL knowledge required, other languages such as Python or R a plus
  • Strong systems aptitude, including Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work as part of a fast-paced team and bring his/her experience and positive attitude to supporting a high growth business model
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple activities and remain flexible to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, objective and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and good business acumen

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A LICENSING COORDINATOR.

The Licensing Coordinator provides administrative and database support for the Licensing Specialists and Licensing Analysts. Is responsible for maintaining medical licenses and processing state license renewals. Familiarity and compliance with state rules, regulations and reporting requirements.  Also responsible for ensuring continuing medical education (CME) compliance prior to license renewals, mandatory state profile compliance, malpractice and adverse action reporting compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in completion of state specific verifications and follow-up with facilities to ensure proper delivery to the medical boards
  • Maintain specific departmental workflow responsibilities as assigned (i.e. renewal workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.)
  • Assist radiologist in the tracking and compliance of: CME requirements (i.e. uploading and reporting), licensing applications, mandatory profile compliance, malpractice/adverse action reporting compliance
  • Mailing, scanning and uploading of items
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with peers as well as customers
  • Ability to work in a fully electronic records system with minimal paperwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible
  • Must be able to work independently but also be able to work in a team environment
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment to meet goals
  • Strong organizational skills
