WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SYSTEMS ADMINSTRATOR TEAM LEAD.

This position is local to the Twin Cities.

Summary:

As a working leader and key member of the Systems Administration team, the Systems Administrator Team Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, supporting, and monitoring key technologies and organizational policies and goals. In addition, the Systems Administrator Team Lead is tasked with providing guidance and delegation of all duties and assignments for individual team members.  The Systems Administrator Team Lead serves as the highest level of systems support escalation in the enterprise and is assigned direct responsibility over certain applications and environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the administration of workstations, servers, and all relevant security and IT systems

• Design, deploy and maintain vRad’s workstation management environment, on-premises, and cloud implementations
• Direct the team in all Microsoft cloud support, solutioning, and adoption efforts
• Serve as primary technical contact point for all assigned technologies, internal and external
• Collaborate with the Security Team on the design and implementation of applicable products and technologies

• Lead the team in policy creation and implementation in Azure, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Active Directory environments
• Coordinate with other departments in reporting and resolving software, hardware and operational issues
• Provide project management guidance and technical assistance for system and desktop administrator projects
• Delegate issues and tickets escalated from the help desk and radiologist support teams
• Provide direction and guidance with respect to Systems Administrator training
• Create and maintain documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8+ years of experience

• Minimum two years of experience providing desktop support and two years providing server support in a corporate environment

• Microsoft or other certifications preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Endpoint Configuration Manager administration
• Experience with O365 and M365 administration
• Familiarity with enterprise security processes
• Experience with scripting of administration tasks and software deployments
• Experience leading and managing projects
• Has proven leadership experience

• Strong project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Classification:

Medium– Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.  A job is light if it involves less than or up to the indicated pounds of force, and one or more of the following apply; walking or standing to a significant degree, sitting and pushing/pulling arm or leg controls, or constant pushing and pulling to maintain a production rate even when weight is negligible.

The salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000. The range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
