About the Marketing Team

What You’ll Do:

• Write ready-to-use marketing copy for emails, landing pages, event promotions, and digital campaigns that clearly communicates the WIFM and aligns with campaign goals.Use digital tools (CMS, creative platforms, AI platforms) to create, repurpose, refresh, and efficiently produce multiple content variants.
• Prepare publication-ready social media content with final post copy, visuals, and suggested cadence for scheduling.
• Partner with the video editor and leverage AI video production tools to deliver video assets across multiple campaigns and channels.
• Create execution-ready visuals—including social graphics, email visuals, and video thumbnails—while applying brand standards and basic design principles.
• Serve as the first quality gate by self-editing for clarity, tone, structure, and message accuracy, and ensuring major content assets are reused when appropriate.
• Co-manage campaign and communications calendars and maintain strong organizational discipline by tracking work and consistently meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience producing finished marketing content in a variety of formats and voices
• Strong understanding of persuasive marketing copy, including subject lines and CTAs
• Experience working with video content and AI editing software such as Descript
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or 7 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree)

Professional Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage work using structured systems (calendars, task tracking, project management tools)
• Strong self-editing and quality control habits
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently
• Practical visual design and technical skills (Canva, etc.)
• Demonstrated focus on production, throughput, and content reuse
• AI proficiency for content creation and repurposing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Job Classification:

Sedentary – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.

vRad is a remote first organization. We have a preference for candidates based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area who can occasionally collaborate on-site at our office in Edina.

Occasional travel (1–2x per year) may be required.
