Turn Complex Technology into Confident Go-Lives

We’re looking for a Client Implementation Project Manager who thrives on turning complex healthcare technology into smooth, confidence-building client experiences.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding radiology groups, hospitals, and healthcare systems through the successful implementation of our imaging technology—from kickoff through full adoption. You’ll coordinate across clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure every project launces on time, seamlessly, and with excellence.

If you enjoy solving problems speaking the language of radiology, building strong client relationships, and seeing your work come to life at go-live, this role has your name on it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute assigned implementation projects from start to finish
  • Manage 10-20 concurrent implementations with an average duration of 90-120 days
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, milestones, risk, and decisions
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers
  • Coordinate testing and validation of RIS, PACS, and EHR integrations (HL7, DICOM)
  • Facilitate internal and client meetings – driving agendas, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through
  • Support user provisioning, workflow configuration, training preparation, go-live logistics, and post-go-live monitoring
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and responsive support

Why you’ll love it:

  • Own the end-to-end implementation experience for cutting-edge radiology solutions
  • Do meaningful work that directly improves clinical workflows and patient care
  • Be a key driver of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
  • Work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and customer success
  • Grow your expertise in radiology workflows and clinical integrations

vRad is a remote first organization. We have a preference for candidates based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area who can occasionally collaborate on-site at our office in Edina.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in project management, implementations, client delivery, and/or task coordination
  • Experience in healthcare, radiology, and/or patient‑care environments
  • Associate degree or higher in healthcare, technology, project management, or a related field

Professional Skills:

  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and clinical teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail with a results‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, and clinical technology workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, basic Excel)
  • Ability to lead discussions, drive clarity, and help guide teams toward shared deliverables
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 1–2 times per year

Job Classification:

Sedentary – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.
