Star Tribune Names vRad to its 2019 “Top
150 Workplaces” in Minnesota

vRad Makes the List for Third Consecutive Year

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., June 26, 2019 – vRad (Virtual Radiologic), a MEDNAX Radiology Solutions practice and the nation’s leading teleradiology services and telemedicine company, announced that it was named one of the “Top Workplaces” in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. This is the third consecutive year vRad made the “Top Workplaces” list.

“Top Workplaces” recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The rankings in the Star Tribune “Top 150 Workplaces” are based on survey responses from more than 140,000 employees at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations. According to the survey, vRad employees believe that: 1) New ideas are encouraged at vRad, 2) Senior managers “really understand what is happening at vRad,” and 3) vRad encourages different points of view.

“We are grateful for this honor earned by our team members who come here every day and choose to make this a great place to work,” said Shannon Werb, President and Chief Operating Officer of vRad. “We are committed to creating an innovative and collaborative workplace, which allows us to deliver cutting-edge imaging services that drive excellence in patient care. We are honored to be recognized, and we are grateful to our team members and radiologists who made us the leading teleradiology practice and telemedicine company that we are today.”
